Gruss inequality for some types of positive linear maps [PDF]
Assuming a unitarily invariant norm $|||\cdot|||$ is given on a two-sided ideal of bounded linear operators acting on a separable Hilbert space, it induces some unitarily invariant norms $|||\cdot|||$ on matrix algebras $\mathcal{M}_n$ for all finite ...

We survey several significant results on the Bohr inequality and presented its generalizations in some new approaches. These are some Bohr type inequalities of Hilbert space operators related to the matrix order and the Jensen inequality.

Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Operator inequalities related to weak 2-positivity [PDF]
In this paper we introduce the notion of weak 2-positivity and present some examples. We establish some operator Cauchy--Schwarz inequalities involving the geometric mean and give some applications. In particular, we present some operator versions of Hua'

Inequalities for operator space numerical radius of $2\times 2$ block matrices
In this paper, we study the relationship between operator space norm and operator space numerical radius on the matrix space $\mathcal{M}_n(X)$, when $X$ is a numerical radius operator space. Moreover, we establish several inequalities for operator space

Despite frogs avoiding low temperatures, examination of four salamander species revealed that none avoided cold and all possessed cold tolerance. Functional analysis of TRPM8, a cold sensor, showed that all salamander TRPM8s had lost their cold sensitivity.

Large-bodied sharks, including the tiger shark (Galeocerdo cuvier), play crucial roles as top predators in marine ecosystems, regulating lower trophic-level populations and connecting ecosystems across vast distances. However, elasmobranchs, particularly

An operator extension of the parallelogram law and related norm inequalities [PDF]
We establish a general operator parallelogram law concerning a characterization of inner product spaces, get an operator extension of Bohr's inequality and present several norm inequalities.

Diversity of Dynamics and Morphologies of Invasive Solid Tumors
Complex tumor-host interactions can significantly affect the growth dynamics and morphologies of progressing neoplasms. The growth of a confined solid tumor induces mechanical pressure and deformation of the surrounding microenvironment, which in turn ...
