Human Brain Vasculature‐on‐a‐Chip Model Constructed With Microvessels Isolated From Cryopreserved Postmortem Human Brain Tissue

This manuscript describes the cultivation of viable microvessels from cryopreserved human brain tissue. Tunable Enhancement of T Cell Expansion Through Modulation of Stiffness and Adhesion Receptor Engagement in an Engineered Hydrogel Platform

We develop a hydrogel scaffold with controlled substrate stiffness and ligand functionalization for cell culture.
