The induced cells express germline markers and migrate to gonads in ovo, offering a novel approach for avian genetic resource conservation. FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Tryptophan metabolites were analyzed across twelve organs, the central nervous system, and serum in male and female mice at three life stages. We found tissue‐, sex‐, and age‐specific differences, including increased indole‐3‐pyruvate and kynurenine in aging males.
