Ptgs2+ CPTC Function as a “Force‐Immune Axis” by Responding to Acupuncture and Mediating M2 Macrophage Activation for Anti‐Inflammatory Effects

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 39, Issue 19, 15 October 2025.
CPTCs with six subpopulations accounted for the primary cell type in rat AMF. Among these, the Ptgs2+ CPTC subpopulation was capable of responding to mechanical stimulus. They enhanced cell adhesions with all CPTC subpopulations after acupuncture stimulation.

Recent Advances and Constructing Strategies of Chemiluminescence‐ and Bioluminescence‐Based Photodynamic Therapy

open access: yesChemPhotoChem, Volume 9, Issue 10, October 14, 2025.
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a noninvasive therapy for cancer and many other diseases. A PDT system includes three key components: a light source, photosensitizers (PSs), and oxygen. Internal light sources, such as chemiluminescence (CL) and bioluminescence (BL), trigger PDT without external irradiation, allowing for more flexibility.

IL‐17+/IL‐10+ Ratio in TCRαβ+ CD4− CD8− T Cells As a Marker of Disease Activity in Lupus‐Prone Mice and Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

open access: yesACR Open Rheumatology, Volume 7, Issue 10, October 2025.
Objective T cell receptor αβ+ (TCRαβ+) CD4− CD8− double‐negative (DN) T cells are expanded in lupus‐prone mice and patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), produce interleukin‐17 (IL‐17), and contribute to disease pathogenesis. However, it is not known whether there is functional heterogeneity within this population.
