Ptgs2+ CPTC Function as a “Force‐Immune Axis” by Responding to Acupuncture and Mediating M2 Macrophage Activation for Anti‐Inflammatory Effects

CPTCs with six subpopulations accounted for the primary cell type in rat AMF. Among these, the Ptgs2+ CPTC subpopulation was capable of responding to mechanical stimulus. They enhanced cell adhesions with all CPTC subpopulations after acupuncture stimulation.

Internal light sources, such as chemiluminescence (CL) and bioluminescence (BL), trigger PDT without external irradiation, allowing for more flexibility.
