OsCPK12‐OsATPD1 Module Regulates Photosynthetic Acclimation to Light Stress in Rice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OsCPK12 interacts and phosphorylates OsAtpD1 at Ser8 in its transit peptide. This phosphorylation promote its chloroplast translocation, thereby maintaining ATP synthase activity and proton gradient (ΔpH) homeostasis and regulating photosynthetic acclimation, photoprotection, and repair under light stress.

An Effector TaCRVP From Tuta Absoluta Oral Secretion Impairs H2O2‐Mediated Plant Defense by Targeting Tomato SlCAT2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Tuta absoluta salivary effector TaCRVP subverts tomato immunity by hijacking host catalase SlCAT2. Through a sophisticated dual mechanism, TaCRVP simultaneously promotes SlCAT2 tetramerization for activation and blocks its SlAdBiL‐mediated degradation for stabilization.

Microbial Diversity and Adaptation under Salt-Affected Soils: A Review

open access: yes, 2022
The salinization of soil is responsible for the reduction in the growth and development of plants. As the global population increases day by day, there is a decrease in the cultivation of farmland due to the salinization of soil, which threatens food ...
