Grating formation in diazo salt (sensitized) gelatin

Applied Optics, 1980
Diazo (sensitized) gelatins are photosensitive recording materials that, unlike dichromated gelatin, have a long shelf life. Because of their stability, the diazo emulsions have replaced the dichromated colloids used in the photolithographic field and enabled commercialization of presensitized printing plates.

Build-up Construction in Salt Formations

Offshore Technology Conference, 2011
Abstract The history of directional drilling in salt formation has shown that oil companies have a conservative approach regarding the limits of dog-legs (DL). Most companies recommend projects with DL at about 2 degrees/30 m for the build-up construction in directional wells.

Quaternary salt formation of cinnolines

2012
This study was initially undertaken with a view to preparing quaternary salts of cinnoline simulating the structure of the alkaloid papaverine. This would be possible by the synthesis of two compounds, viz., 6,7-dimethoxycinnoline and 3,4-dimethoxybenzyl-chloride. Some difficulty has been encountered in the synthesis of the former and from experimental
