Ammonium Salts as Curing Agents to Obtain Ionic Epoxy Resins With a Thermoplastic‐to‐Thermoset Transition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Proximate composition of salted smoke-dried and salt-garlic treated smoke-dried chapila (Gudusia chapra; Hamilton-Buchanan, 1822) fish stored at room temperature

open access: yesBangladesh Journal of Zoology, 2015
Proximate composition of chapila fish (Gudusia chapra) was determined using two different treatments of smoke-drying. In salt treated smoke-dried chapila (S-C), moisture, crude protein, lipid and ash contents were found 5.31%, 46.47%, 29.05% and 19.92% respectively.

Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

In Vivo Monitoring of Thrombo‐Inflammatory Biomarkers via Molecularly Imprinted Polymer‐Integrated Hydrogel Microneedles

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A wearable electrochemical microneedle patch integrates Prussian Blue redox transduction with molecularly imprinted polymer recognition for reagent‐free sampling and detection of thrombo‐inflammatory biomarkers in dermal interstitial fluid. The platform tracks thrombin and inflammatory cytokines with sensitive in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo performance,

Lipid oxidation of salted freeze-dried fish meats at different equilibrium relative humidities.

open access: yesNIPPON SUISAN GAKKAISHI, 1980
The rates of lipid oxidation of saled freeze-dried bluefin tuna and sablefish meats, as model of salted dried fish products, wrere investigated as a function of moistrue equilibrium relative humidity at 25°C. The lipid oxidationm in the salted freeze-dried bluefin tuna proceeded rapidly at all relative humidities tested (ranging from 0 to 71%) during ...

Solvent‐Mediated Reactivity Control of Lewis‐Paired Dopants as a Versatile Strategy for Tunable and Stable Doping of Organic Semiconductors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Solvent‐mediated reactivity control of Lewis‐paired dopants enables highly efficient, finely tunable, and stable doping of organic semiconductors. The optimally doped semiconductor films exhibit superior thermoelectric performance and doping stability, feature delocalized polarons along structurally ordered polymer backbones, and outperform ...
