Amyloid β alters vascular CaV1.2 channel spatiotemporal properties

Abstract figure legend Amyloid‐β1‐42 (Aβ1‐42) triggers a male‐specific signalling cascade influencing CaV1.2 spatiotemporal properties in cerebral vascular smooth muscle. The signalling pathway involves NADPH oxidase (NOX)‐derived reactive oxygen species (ROS) activation of protein kinase C (PKC). Aβ1‐42 can also activate protein kinase A (PKA).

At‐Home Early Diagnosis of Mastitis: Calibration‐Free Analysis of Sodium to Potassium Ratio in Breast Milk

MAMAWEL is introduced as the first calibration‐free potentiometric sensor for at‐home mastitis diagnosis. By measuring the sodium‐to‐potassium ratio in breast milk, the device reliably differentiates between healthy and mastitis‐affected samples with less than 10% error.

A Novel Sprayable Fibrinogen/Glycosaminoglycans/Collagen‐Based Bioink for Skin Wound Healing Applied by a Handheld Dual‐Head Airbrush

A dual‐head airbrush‐based spraying device, combined with a fibrinogen bioink enriched with glycosaminoglycans and collagen, enables the delivery of biomaterials and cells to promote wound healing. This system demonstrates effective skin regeneration in vitro and in vivo, with comparable results to autografts.

CRISPR in MOF Formulation with Enhanced Stability, Activity, and Altered PAM Specificity for Broad‐Spectrum Diagnosis of Bacterial Sepsis

CRISPR‐FLEXMO (CRISPR with flexible PAM in MOF encapsulation) integrates a PAM‐relaxed Cas12a K607R enzyme with a manganese‐coordinated MOF for broad‐spectrum diagnosis of bacterial sepsis. The MOF enhances activity and preserves functionality under heat, solvent, and chaotropic stress, supporting long‐term room‐temperature storage.
