AG and AO treatments preserved shelf life by keeping the fruit flesh firmer compared to the control. Microbial fertilization preserved the physical structure of tomatoes during cold storage.

This method significantly reduces sevoflurane requirements while maintaining stable cardiopulmonary parameters.
