Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 4, July 2026.This study evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of Vitex pseudo‐negundo (VPN) extracts in a Staphylococcus aureus‐induced mastitis rat model. Following extraction with water, methanol and petroleum ether, in vitro MICs were determined. Rats established with mastitis received 5‐day treatments.
