セメントを安定材に用いた事前混合処理土の強度は, セメントの種類とその添加率のみならず, 処理対象土の種類, 細粒分含有率によっても変化する. 本文は, それらの原因を明らかにするため, 粒度を調整した山砂事前混合処理土の強度とその粒子間隙におけるセメント水和物の架橋状況, さらに水セメント比が変化した場合の粒度の影響を検討した. その結果, 処理対象土の粒度が, 事前混合処理土の強度に影響を及ぼすのは, 貧配合の場合に限られること, そして粒子間隙の小さいものほど, セメント水和物の架橋が密であり, 事前混合処理土の強度が増大することなどを明らかにした.
