A case of uterine adenosarcoma with sarcomatous overgrowth

子宮腺肉腫（adenosarcoma）は良性腺上皮と肉腫成分から構成される稀な上皮性・間質性混合腫瘍である。今回我々は、当科で初めて経験した子宮腺肉腫の一例について報告する。症例は61歳女性、不正性器出血を主訴に近医婦人科を受診した。経腹超音波で8㎝大の子宮内腫瘤を認め当科へ紹介となった。子宮内膜細胞診classⅢ、骨盤部造影MRIにて子宮体部に造影効果を伴う85㎜の嚢胞性病変を認めた。子宮肉腫の可能性も視野に入れ、腹式単純子宮全摘および両側付属器摘出術を施行した。病理組織診断は子宮腺肉腫 ...
