High‐Power Rapid Laser‐Induced Synthesis of Multi‐functional Cobalt Metal‐Organic Framework With an Unprecedented Synthesis Efficiency

Laser‐assisted synthesis enables rapid (within 1 h) and high‐yield (≥90%) production of Co‐MOFs with mesoporous structures, tunable magnetic and optical properties, and efficient adsorption of N2, CH4, and CO2 for low‐energy gas separation. DFT calculations elucidate the electronic structure and adsorption behavior.

Fully 3D‐Printed Wave‐Wound Electromagnetic Motors

This work presents the first fully 3D‐printed wave‐wound electromagnetic motors, which are created using conductive nanoparticle inks, carbon‐filled nylon polymers, and surface mount components. These motors can achieve a stall torque of 7.62N·mmA−1$7.62 \nobreakspace N{\cdot }mm A^{-1}$ and efficiency of 28.2 %, which approaches the performance of ...

Solid Particle‐Liquid Metal Mixtures for Robust High‐Current Interconnects in Stretchable Electronics and Soft Robotics

Metallic microparticles dispersed in liquid metal interconnects mitigate electromigration‐induced failure by reconfiguring internal current density distributions. These fillers facilitate the growth of a robust, protective gallium oxide shell at elevated temperatures, shifting the failure threshold toward a thermal limit.

Coaxial Melt Electrowriting

Coaxial melt electrowriting is established to produce dual‐property microfibers with diameters spanning 1.6–29.2 µm. Stable coaxial laminar flow is preserved under electrohydrodynamic thinning, enabling controlled binary and gradient material switching within individual continuous fibers.
