Testing E-OBS European high-resolution gridded data set of daily precipitation and surface temperature [PDF]
Gridded data sets derived through interpolation of station data have a number of potential inaccuracies and errors. These errors can be introduced either by the propagation of errors in the station data into derived gridded data or by limitations in the ...

Universal Strategy for Phase‐Selective Synthesis of Monolayer TMDs via Colloidal Chemistry
ABSTRACT Colloidal synthesis of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) remains challenging regarding uniform size, thickness, and crystalline phase. While significant progress has been made in phase engineering, a unified chemical strategy for on‐demand selection of both 2H and 1T′ phases across multiple TMD systems within a single chemical ...

Gold‐stabilized copper suppresses hydroxide‐driven deactivation during anodic hydrogen evolution from furfural. Pairing this low‐potential anode with CO‐to‐ethylene electroreduction enables sub‐1 V operation at 400 mA cm−2, high single‐pass CO conversion, and co‐production of ethylene, furoic acid, and a separate hydrogen stream.

Neural Stochastic Processes for Satellite Precipitation Refinement
Accurate precipitation estimation is critical for flood forecasting, water resource management, and disaster preparedness. Satellite products provide global hourly coverage but contain systematic biases; ground-based gauges are accurate at point locations but too sparse for direct gridded correction. Existing methods fuse these sources by interpolating

Assessing Precipitation Delineation Capabilities of Spaceborne Radars [PDF]
Spaceborne radars uniquely measure, provide the finest depiction of, and give the most accurate estimate of precipitation globally from space. The Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) mission dual-frequency precipitation radar (DPR) is the successor to
