Decoding Synergistic Pathways in Bimetallic MOFs for Advanced Oxidation Processes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review presents a unified framework linking metal pairing and framework design with electronic structure, redox cycling, oxidant activation, reactive‐species generation, and catalytic performance across photocatalytic and oxidant‐based BMOF‐AOPs. The resulting design principles guide the development of hydrolytically stable and efficient BMOFs for

Lab‐in‐a‐Tube System Integrating Hierarchically Wrinkled Electrodes and DNAzyme‐Functionalized Beads for Diagnosis of Clostridioides difficile Infection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The point‐of‐care diagnosis of Clostridioides difficile infection remains challenging due to reliance on slow culture and amplification‐based methods. A lab‐in‐a‐tube electrochemical biosensor integrating DNAzymes, antifouling magnetic beads, and a hierarchically structured flow cell enables amplification‐ and culture‐free detection directly in stool ...

Defect‐Driven Charge Separation in Ba‐Doped SrTiO3: Correlating Photoelectrochemical Performance With Dye‐Selective Photocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Ba‐doped SrTiO3 perovskites establish a direct correlation between photoelectrochemical activity and photocatalytic performance. Optimized Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 exhibits enhanced charge separation, photocurrent generation, and visible‐light‐driven dye degradation through defect‐induced oxygen vacancies and lattice distortion.
