ABSTRACT Clam‐induced food protein–induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) is rare in children, and lymphocyte stimulation testing (LST) may be useful for diagnosis. Symptoms were induced at lower doses than typical oral food challenge (OFC) doses, suggesting the possibility of reducing the testing burden for pediatric patients.
