Improvement of CISSe / CdS / ZnO Structure Performance by SCAPS-1D. [PDF]
Abstract This manuscript presents an optimization of the performances of the CISSe/CdS/ZnO structure. 12 tests were performed for each layer on thickness, gap energy and temperature using SCAPC-1D. Numerical data were compiled with the open circuit voltage, the short circuit density, the fill factor and the efficiency.

Study effect of window and BSF layers on the properties of the CZTS / CZTSe solar cell by SCAPS–1D
The solar cell CZTS / CZTSe was studied using SCAPS-1D * computer simulator. It was noted that increasing the thickness of the absorber layer p-CZTSe from 250nm to 5μm leads to increase the IV curve.
