An In-organic Perovskite Solar Cell Design and Simulation Using SCAPS-1D

A solar cell capacity simulator (SCAPS-1D) was used in this study to conduct the numerical investigation of allinorganic perovskite photovoltaics with regular n-i-p structure. Using the SCAPS-1D program, this paper describes the design and development of environmentally benign perovskite solar cells for photovoltaic systems.
