A Roadmap to 30.5% Efficiency in All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells Using 3D Finite Element Analysis of CuSCN@GeSe Core‐Shell and CeO2 Electron Transport Layer Optimization

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 9, 13 May 2026.
This work demonstrates a roadmap to 30.5% efficiency in all‐perovskite tandem solar cells through 3D finite element analysis. By integrating a novel CuSCN@GeSe core–shell nanostructure and optimizing the CeO2 electron transport layer, the design achieves reduced recombination.

METTL16 Promotes Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Progression via m6A‐Mediated Stabilization of SREBP2 mRNA and Enhanced Cholesterol Biosynthesis

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification is a crucial epigenetic event in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show that methyltransferase‐like 16 (METTL16) expression is elevated in the tumor tissues of patients with HNSCC and is associated with poor prognosis.

Understanding Pressure‐Induced Photovoltaic Performance of Lead‐Free Ca3BiI3 Perovskite: A DFT and SCAPS‐1D Simulations Study

open access: yesNano Select, Volume 7, Issue 5, May 2026.
This research explores the structural, electronic, mechanical, and optical characteristics of lead‐free cubic Ca3BiI3 under hydrostatic pressure up to 15 GPa using first‐principles methods. The findings confirm that Ca3BiI3 becomes pressure‐dependent and has potential applications in advanced photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices.
