Journal of Orthopaedic ReportsOsteochondromas are benign neoplasms composed of cortical and medullary bone, with a hyaline cartilage cap. Scapular osteochondromas represents 4.6 % of all osteochondromas and may present on either the dorsal or ventral surface of the scapula.
