Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

Benchmarking JSON BinPack [PDF]
In this paper, we present benchmark results for a pre-production implementation of a novel serialization specification: JSON BinPack. JSON BinPack is a schema-driven and schema-less sequential binary serialization specification based on JSON Schema.

Bottom-up constructions of top-down transformational change : change leader interventions and qualitative schema change in a spatially differentiated technically-oriented public professional bureaucracy [PDF]
In the face of knowledge deficits in and poor outcome assessments of Organisation Transformation (OT), there is a need for a better understanding of the relationship between change leader interventions and qualitative organisational schema change, the ...

MET variants in the N‐lobe of the kinase domain, found in hereditary papillary renal cell carcinoma, require ligand stimulation to promote cell transformation, in contrast to other RTK variants. This suggests that HGF expression in the microenvironment is important for tumor growth in such patients. Their sensitivity to MET inhibitors opens the way for

Relational Schema Protocol (RSP) [PDF]
This document specifies the Relational Schema Protocol (RSP). RSP enables loosely coupled applications to share and exchange relational data. It defines fixed message format for an arbitrary relational schema so that the changes in the data schema do not affect the message format.

Schema Extraction on Semi-structured Data [PDF]
With the continuous development of NoSQL databases, more and more developers choose to use semi-structured data for development and data management, which puts forward requirements for schema management of semi-structured data stored in NoSQL databases.

Peripheral blood proteome biomarkers distinguish immunosuppressive features of cancer progression
Immune status significantly influences cancer progression. This study used plasma proteomics to analyze benign 67NR and malignant 4T1 breast tumor models at early and late tumor stages. Immune‐related proteins–osteopontin (Spp1), lactotransferrin (Ltf), calreticulin (Calr) and peroxiredoxin 2 (Prdx2)–were associated with systemic myeloid‐derived ...

Demonstration of a Multiresolution Schema Mapping System [PDF]
Enterprise databases usually contain large and complex schemas. Authoring complete schema mapping queries in this case requires deep knowledge about the source and target schemas and is thereby very challenging to programmers. Sample-driven schema mapping allows the user to describe the schema mapping using data records.

A Rule-Based Approach to Analyzing Database Schema Objects with Datalog
Database schema elements such as tables, views, triggers and functions are typically defined with many interrelationships. In order to support database users in understanding a given schema, a rule-based approach for analyzing the respective dependencies
