Complexes of lead(IV) with schiff bases

Abstract The complexes of lead(IV) with acetylacetone Schiff bases have been prepared and studied. These are light coloured, amorphous substances and non-electrolytes in DMF. The i.r. spectra of the complexes are discussed. On the grounds of these data the stereochemical arrangements for these complexes have been discussed.
