We introduce a nucleic acid nanoparticle (NANP) platform designed to be rrecognized by the human innate immune system in a regulated manner. By changing chemical composition while maintaining constant architectural parameters, we identify key determinants of immunorecognition enabling the rational design of NANPs with tunable immune activation profiles

Unusual Swelling Behavior of Hydrogels Modified with Spiropyran as Appendage or Crosslinker
Not so innocent after all—spiropyran crosslinkers in methylenebisacrylamide‐crosslinked poly(acrylamide‐co‐acrylic acid) hydrogels increase crosslinking density, but also, counterintuitively, increase swelling. Charge complexation, cooperative chemo‐mechanical effects, and aggregation may explain these observations.

An oral nanoplatform, MOP@T@D, which can maintain glucose homeostasis and restore islet β cells in diabetic rats is developed. It achieves efficient intestinal absorption and liver‐targeted delivery. The nanoparticle disintegrates only in response to hyperglycemia to release insulin on demand and provides antioxidant protection through selenoprotein ...

Stereoselective Reactions with Chiral Schiff Base Metal Complexes
Chiral Schiff bases are privileged chiral ligands, capable of transmitting chiral information in many stereoselective processes. Their modular nature, the possibility to modify their electronic character, and their ability to coordinate many metals, gives these chiral ligands broad utility and these have been investigated by many research ...

A self‐gelling PG@PAC (POD/Gel‐CDH@PA/CHX) powder is developed for infected burn care in austere settings. Upon contact with wound exudate, it instantly forms an adhesive hydrogel, providing simultaneous hemostasis, broad‐spectrum antibacterial activity, reactive oxygen species scavenging, and immunomodulation. In a murine model of S.
