Precisely Constructed Asymmetric Coordination Tuned High‐Spin Co Sites for Sacrificial Agent‐Free H2O2 Photocatalytic Production

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
The asymmetric Co–N2O2 coordination structure was precisely constructed through the assembly of Salen COF. The high‐spin (t2g4eg3$$ {\mathrm{t}}_{2\mathrm{g}}^4{\mathrm{e}}_{\mathrm{g}}^3 $$) Co center enables Pauling‐type O2 adsorption, inhibiting the cleavage of the O–O bond. π‐d conjugation enhances charge separation and transport.

{N-[(2-Oxido-1-naphthyl)methylidene]serinato-κ3O,N,O′}(1,10-phenanthroline-κ2N,N′)copper(II)

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section E, 2010
In the title complex, [Cu(C14H11NO4)(C12H8N2)], the tridentate Schiff base ligand is derived from the condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and l-serine. The CuII atom is five-coordinated by one N atom and two O atoms from the Schiff base ligand and

Microbial keystone taxa and metabolic signatures in centenarians regulate intestinal homeostasis during aging

open access: yesiMeta, EarlyView.
Clostridium scindens and its metabolite indole‐3‐acetic acid (IAA) are identified as a keystone taxon and metabolic signature in centenarians. Clostridium scindens enhances microbial network stability and produces IAA via its own amidase (AMIE) and aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH), thus promoting intestinal homeostasis by activating the aryl hydrocarbon ...

Synthesis, Spectroscopic, Structural Characterization, Conductivity and Electrochemical Studies of a Schiff Base Ligand and Its Copper Complexes

open access: yes, 2018
Electrochemical behaviors of a Schiff base ligand (L) derived from Glyoxal and 4-aminoantipyrine and its chloride and nitrate Cu(II) complexes were carried out by cyclic voltametric studies. The ligand (L) has been characterized by IR, NMR and electronic

Aliphatic Poly(Carbonate)s with Acid Responsive Release Mechanisms for Micellar Anti‐Tumor Drug Delivery

open access: yesMacromolecular Rapid Communications, EarlyView.
Micellar systems based on biodegradable aliphatic polycarbonates and acid‐responsive triggers enhance drug solubility, stability, and tumor‐selective release. This review covers micelles with acid‐cleavable drug linkages and those that disassemble via acid‐sensitive functionalities.

Schiff based derived homogeneous catalysts for ring‐opening terpolymerization

open access: yesPolymer International, EarlyView.
One‐pot synthesis of degradable terpolymers from l‐lactide, propylene oxide and CO₂ using diverse catalysts is described, revealing structure–property relationships for tailored applications in sustainable materials. Abstract In this study, we synthesized and evaluated a series of Schiff base cobalt catalysts for the terpolymerization of propylene ...

Chitosan Schiff base Ruthenium(III) complexes

open access: yes, 2017
Chitosan can be modified chemically by condensation reaction of deacetylated chitosan with aldehydein homogeneous phase. This condensation is carried by primary amine ( NH2) with aldehyde ( CHO)to form corresponding schiff base.

Dichlorido{2-[2-(dimethylammonio)ethyliminomethyl]-6-methoxyphenolato}zinc(II)

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section E, 2009
The structure of the title complex, [ZnCl2(C12H18N2O2)], contains a zwitterionic Schiff base ligand. The complex adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry around the metal centre with the Schiff base ligand coordinated in a bidentate fashion ...

Synthesis and characterization of indium (III) complexes with chalcone and schiff base ligand [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
This thesis reports the study on the complexation of the indium(III) complexes towards two series of compounds namely chalcone and Schiff base. There are two chalcones, three Schiff bases, and five indium(III) complexes from both respective compounds ...
