Neuroleptic treatment of schizotypal personality disorders

Abstract Seventeen schizotypal patients were treated with low doses of Haloperidol in a single-blind trial. Improvement was noted on overall schizotypal symptoms as assessed on the Schedule for Interviewing Borderlines (SIB) with positive change particularly reflected on the scales measuring ldeas of Reference, Odd Communication and Social Isolation.
