Cariology in Japanese dental schools

The aim of this study was to evaluate the teaching of cariology in Japanese dental schools.Postal questionnaires were sent to all Japanese dental schools.Twenty-five of the 29 Japanese dental schools (response rate: 86%).The results were in many areas similar to those reported from North America.

Dynamic Mechanical Loading Modulates Extracellular Vesicle Production and Cargo in Meniscus Fibrochondrocytes

Dynamic mechanical loading of outer meniscus fibrochondrocytes increases extracellular vesicle (EV) yield and alters EV composition. When applied to progenitor cells, these mechanically primed EVs modulate the expression of matrix‐related genes.

Cigarette Smoke‐Induced Alveolar Macrophage Senescence via GEM/SIRT3‐Mediated Mitochondrial Dysfunction
