Testicular mRNA‐LNP Delivery: A Novel Therapy for Genetic Spermatogenic Disorders
In the current study, we developed a novel therapy for genetic spermatogenic disorders. It was revealed that in vivo delivery of mRNA LNP3 could restore spermatogenesis in Msh5D486Y/D486Y and Maps KO mouse models with meiotic arrest. Notably, the offspring without genomic integration was born using ICSI derived from the rescue of Msh5D486Y/D486Y mouse ...

THE COEVOLUTION OF HUMAN ORIGINS, HUMAN VARIATION, AND THEIR MEANING IN THE NINETEENTH CENTURY
Ideas about biology, race, and theology were bound up together in nineteenth‐century scholarship, although they are rarely, if ever, considered together today.

Skulls from the Past: Archaeological Negotiations of Scientific Racism
This paper examines the permeation of scientific racism in classical archaeology during the 1920s and 1930s. In particular, it investigates the anthropological studies of graves from the Swedish excavations at Asine and the British excavations at Mycenae

Promoting Treg Polarization‐Mediated Anti‐Scar and Appendage Regeneration in Wound Healing
This study develops a PLGA@LA‐BMP4‐PG bilayer scaffold to address scar formation and appendage loss in skin repair. The piezoelectric PLA layer enhances cell migration via electric fields, while GelMA delivers LA promoting Tregs polarization and BMP4 inhibiting FBs differentiation.

The Impact of the Criminalization of HIV Non-Disclosure on the Health and Human Rights of “Black” Communities [PDF]
The criminalization of HIV non-disclosure has become a hot topic for discussion and debate amongst human rights advocates, HIV/AIDS service providers, and people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.

This study investigates how endothelial monolayers balance cohesion and plasticity during mechanical stimulation. In HUVECs, shear stress induces a tension‐sensitive intermediate state in which junctional VE‐cadherin and actomyosin relaxation levels coordinate actin/integrin remodeling. This rapid, reversible state strengthens cell junctions, preserves

Localized NF‐κB Inhibition Reduces Lipid Nanoparticle‐Associated Inflammation
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) activate NF‐κB and provoke inflammation that limits therapeutic delivery. By encapsulating selective NF‐κB inhibitors within LNPs, localized suppression of inflammatory signaling is achieved without compromising mRNA expression.

Cationic mRNA Lipid Nanoparticles for Ex Vivo NanoCAR‐T Cell Engineering
This study compares charge‑neutral and cationic lipidnanoparticles (LNPs) for ex vivo mRNA delivery to T cells, revealing distinctdependencies on medium composition and T cell activation. Where conventional LNPs benefit from ApoE‐dependent T cell targeting, cationic DOTAP‑modified LNPs mediate unspecific charge‑dependent transfection.
