Interpreting the structure–function relationship in high myopia‐associated glaucoma: A review
Abstract Visual field (VF) interpretation in high myopia‐associated glaucoma (HMG) is challenging due to frequent structure–function discordance and coexisting myopia‐related changes. These changes may reduce the reliability of conventional structure–function mapping and increase the risk of misclassifying non‐glaucomatous VF abnormalities as ...

Scleral-fixated intraocular lens opacification
Carlevale IOL is a hydrophilic acrylic single-piece lens specifically designed for intrascleral sutureless fixation. IOL opacification has not been reported for this lens, although there are no studies with long follow-up periods yet. We describe herein two cases of Carlevale IOL opacification six and ten months after surgery.

Long‐Term Local Control and Mortality After Transpupillary Thermotherapy of Small Uveal Melanomas
ABSTRACT Background Transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) is used for selected small choroidal melanocytic tumours, either as primary treatment or as an adjunct to plaque brachytherapy. We compared long‐term local recurrence and mortality outcomes after primary TTT alone, plaque brachytherapy combined with TTT (brachy+TTT), and plaque brachytherapy alone (

Detailed analysis of slow oscillatory movements of eye position [PDF]
Our eyes make continuous movements even when attempting to fixate a stationary object. The involuntary eye movements occurring during fixation are referred to as fixational eye movements. There is a general agreement on three types of eye movements
