ABSTRACT The crucial role of environmental dynamism (ED) in achieving supply chain responsiveness (SCR) has become a controversial topic in extant literature. However, despite several empirical studies on environmental dynamism and supply chain responsiveness, inconsistent findings and underexplored areas leave supply chain managers less informed about

2025 Consensus Clinical Management Guidelines for Niemann‐Pick Disease Type C
ABSTRACT In 2018, the International Niemann‐Pick Disease Alliance (INPDA) and the International Niemann‐Pick Disease Registry (INPDR) developed and published comprehensive clinical management guidelines to support inclusive and standardized care pathways in Niemann‐Pick disease type C (NPC)—an ultra‐rare, autosomal recessive, neurovisceral lysosomal ...

Observation of the X-ray source Sco X-1 from Skylab [PDF]
An attempt to observe the discrete X-ray source Sco X-1 on 20 September 1973 between 0856 and 0920 UT is reported. Data obtained with the ATM/S-056 X-ray event analyzer, in particular the flux observed with the 1.71 to 4.96 KeV counter, is analyzed.

Long-term X-ray studies of Sco X-1 [PDF]
No modulation of the 3-6 keV X-ray intensity of Sco X-1 at a level of excess of 1% was observed at the optical period of .787313d. Evidence is found for shot-noise character in a large fraction of the X-ray emission.

Evidence of emerging transcriptome mediators of Alzheimer's disease in canine cognitive dysfunction
Canine cognitive dysfunction (CCD) may be a promising model of Alzheimer's disease (AD). To assess AD‐related molecular signatures in CCD, we generated transcriptome data on dog cortex and plasma extracellular vesicles (EVs). CCD‐related transcriptome changes were similar to those in aging/AD humans and were detectable in EVs from the same animals ...

Predicting Biochar‐Induced Changes in Soil Organic Carbon With Ensemble Machine Learning
We developed an ensemble machine learning (ML) framework, combining Extremely Randomized Trees (ExtraTrees), Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM), and Categorical Boosting (CatBoost) regressors, to model SOC responses to biochar application using a globally curated dataset of 800 field observations.

Deciphering the biosynthetic pathways of lichen acids
Summary Depsides and depsidones are polyketide‐derived lichen acids widely distributed in lichen thalli, yet the biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) responsible for their production remain poorly understood. To address this gap, we investigated the diversity and evolutionary relationships of polyketide BGCs in lichens.
