Potential Targets and Signaling Mechanisms of Cinnamaldehyde Enhancing Intestinal Function and Nutritional Regulation in Fat Greenling (Hexagrammos otakii)

open access: yesAquaculture Nutrition, Volume 2024, Issue 1, 2024.
Cinnamaldehyde is an ideal feed additive with good immune enhancement and anti‐inflammatory regulation effects. However, the anti‐inflammatory regulation mechanism in fat greenling (Hexagrammos otakii, H. otakii) remains unclear. The nine targets of cinnamaldehyde were gathered in identified by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology ...

The Complete Mitochondrial Genome of the Rockfish Sebastes schlegeli (Scorpaeniformes, Scorpaenidae)

open access: yesMolecules and Cells, 2004
We isolated rockfish Sebastes schlegeli mitochondrial DNA by long-polymerase chain reaction (Long-PCR) with conserved primers, and sequenced it by primer walking using flanking sequences as sequencing primers. S. schlegeli mitochondrial DNA consists of 16,526 bp and its structural organization is conserved in comparison with other fish.
