Power interactions of scroll compressor elements

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2020
Abstract The subject of our research is a scroll compressor. With its large number of advantages over reciprocating compressors in the form of overall, mass and production characteristics, they have their own difficulties associated with the theory of stability of a movable scroll during the operation process.

Shapeshifting Nanocatalyst for CO2 Conversion

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 2, 8 January 2026.
A multi‐modal in situ characterization of Ag‐Cu nanoparticles during CO2 photoreduction sheds light on dynamic transformations occurring during reaction. The Cu(core)‐Ag(shell) nanoparticles present the Ag replacement by Cu atoms. Ag is trapped at the subsurface forming a Ag‐Cu‐O phase, and the nanoparticle spreads over the substrate.

R32 Scroll Compressors Technology

open access: yes, 2012
The purpose of the work is to describe technology used to design a scroll compressor with R32 refrigerant. Study what are the main differences and their implications compared to R410A refrigerant scroll compressors. And also study from mechanical scroll compressor design point of view up to its system integration, what are the main design changes taken

Experimental Study of Heat Pump Thermodynamic Cycles Using CO 2 Based Mixtures -Methodology and First Results

open access: yes, 2016
The aim of this work is to study heat pump cycles, using CO 2 based mixtures as working fluids. Since adding other chemicals to CO 2 moves the critical point and generally equilibrium lines, it is expected that lower operating pressures as well as higher

Optimization of line control parameters for scroll compressors with variable base circle involute

open access: yesZhileng xuebao
Because the volume of the variable base circular involute scroll compressor can be reduced under the premise of obtaining the same cooling capacity, it can meet the small and lightweight requirements of the vehicle air conditioning compressor.

Refrigerant R32 as lower GWP working fluid in residential air conditioning systems in Europe and the USA [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Because air conditioning and heat pump systems contribute greatly to greenhouse gas emissions, equipment with both lower global warming potential (GWP) working fluids and a higher level of performance should be used.
