, 2020 今日，多くの地方自治体がSDGsに取り組みつつある。本論文は地方自治体におけるSDGsの取り組みを研究対象としている。本論文の構成は次のとおりである。第１章では本論文の背景，目的，研究手法を述べている。またSDGsに関する先行研究を概観している。 第２章においてはSDGsの経緯を概観している。過去の新聞記事や議会での質問等からSDGsが注目を集めつつある経過を捉えている。続いて第３章では地方自治体が取り組むSDGsの現状を確認し，第４章は地方自治体が継続的にSDGsに取り組むために条例化を提言している。
