Biospecimens, including sinonasal tissue and nasal swabs and clinical datasets were prospectively collected from chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) patients and non‐CRS controls (n = 59). Results showed correlations among inflammatory T cells, in vitro grown Staphylococcus aureus biofilm properties/virulence genes and the disease severity.
