Sea Clutter Suppression and Target Detection Algorithm of Marine Radar Image Sequence Based on Spatio-Temporal Domain Joint Filtering [PDF]
In marine radar target detection, sea clutter will cause a large number of missed alarms and false alarms, which will affect the accuracy of target detection.

A Sea Clutter Suppression Method Based on Machine Learning Approach for Marine Surveillance Radar
Marine surveillance radar is widely used in marine monitoring for its ability of observing sea surface all-time and all-weather. However, the radar target detection performance is seriously affected by the existence of sea clutter.

Doppler characteristics of sea clutter. [PDF]
Doppler radars can distinguish targets from clutter if the target's velocity along the radar line of sight is beyond that of the clutter. Some targets of interest may have a Doppler shift similar to that of clutter. The nature of sea clutter is different in the clutter and exo-clutter regions.

Sea Clutter Suppression Using Smoothed Pseudo-Wigner–Ville Distribution–Singular Value Decomposition during Sea Spikes [PDF]
The detection of small targets within the background of sea clutter is a significant challenge faced in radar signal processing. Small target echoes are weak in energy, and can be submerged by sea clutter and sea spikes, which are caused by overturning ...

Sea Clutter Amplitude Prediction via an Attention-Enhanced Seq2Seq Network [PDF]
Sea clutter is a kind of ubiquitous interference in sea-detecting radars, which will definitely influence target detection. An accurate sea clutter prediction method is supposed to be beneficial while existing prediction methods are based on the one-step-

Chaotic modelling of sea clutter [PDF]
In the letter we present calculations based on experimental radar data which confirm the chaotic nature of sea clutter. In particular, the results of the calculations show that the first Lyapunov exponent of sea clutter is indeed positive and around 0.015. Such a result is an inherent characteristic of a chaotic process.
