Can Sea Clutter and Indoor Radio Propagation
Sea clutter is the backscattered returns from a patch of the sea surface illuminated by a radar pulse. The amplitude waveforms of sea clutter and indoor radio propagation are very complicated.

Simulation of coherent sea clutter
This study provides a brief overview of methods used to simulate sea clutter. It then offers a simple and flexible way of generating non-stationary coherent sea clutter that matches higher order statistics of real clutter in the time domain, as well as the shape and intensity distribution within the Doppler domain.

Characterisation and cancellation of medium grazing angle sea clutter
S.172-175High grazing angle sea clutter data were collected and characterised using two different airborne radars with HH and VV polarisations. The ability to cancel sea clutter using single-channel and multi-channel coherent signal processing is ...

Dynamic sea clutter simulation at low grazing angles
High-amplitude clutter signals may be observed during radar operation due to environmental objects having large surface areas. By Doppler processing, modern radars can discriminate between echoes from mobile targets and echoes from stationary objects ...

Simulation of sea clutter at various frequency bands
Sea clutter is a major degrading factor in detection and tracking of targets very close to sea surface. Radar returns from the sea surface are a complex function of radar and sea surface parameters.

Analysis Of Sea Clutter Using Dynamic Mode Decomposition
In this paper, a novel method based on a dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) for sea clutter analysis is proposed. It extracts the temporal patterns and corresponding dynamic modes from the sea clutter simultaneously. Moreover, the temporal patterns display

Small Target Detection Within Sea Clutter Based on Fractal Analysis
Sea clutter refers to the signals returned from the wavy and turbulent rough sea surface. The radar returns from small targets, like submarine periscope or small boats, will be obscured by the sea clutter which makes the straightforward detection of ...
