Validation of the SEBS model

IEEE International IEEE International IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium, 2004. IGARSS '04. Proceedings. 2004, 2004
The SEBS model (the surface energy balance system) based on land surface energy balance equation is used to estimate sensible heat flux and latent heat flux using remotely sensed data. In this paper, The SEBS model is validated with two sets of data collected in two field experiment on winter-wheat field in Shunyi county of Beijing (116deg 26' E-117deg

Electromechanical Strain Responses of SEBS/CB and SEBS/SWCNT Composites

Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals, 2012
Electromechanical strain responses of poly (styrene-b-ethylbutylene-b-styrene) (SEBS) /carbon black (CB) composites and SEBS/single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) composites were investigated. The electric field induced thickness strains sz of the composites increased with the conductive filler content at the low filler concentration region and then ...

Strain Effect on the Electrical Conductivity of CB/SEBS and GP/SEBS Composites

Macromolecular Symposia, 2009
AbstractCarbon black (CB) and Graphite (GP) were embedded in poly(styrene–ethylene/butylene–styrene) (SEBS) to form CB/SEBS and GP/SEBS composites. The electrical resistance was monitored in situ during tensile, compressive and dynamic mechanical tests, obtaining a correlation between the electrical response and strain.

Polypropylene/talc/SEBS (SEBS-g-MA) composites. Part 1. Structure

Composites Part A: Applied Science and Manufacturing, 2005
Isotactic polypropylene/styrenic rubber block copolymer blends (iPP/SRBC) as well as the iPP/talc/SRBC composites with 12 vol % of aminosilane surface treated talc were studied by optical and scanning electron microscopy, and by wide angle X-ray diffraction. Structure of polypropylene blends and composites was investigated as a function of poly(styrene-
