Secale cereale L. Artbeschreibung: 70-150(-200) cm hoch, bläulich bereift. Blätter 5-15 mm breit, flach, allmählich zugespitzt, kahl oder fein behaart. Blatthäutchen kurz und gestutzt, zudem kleine, kahle Blattöhrchen. Blütenstand eine dichte, 5-20 cm lange, schon zur Blütezeit nickende Ähre.
