A New Technique to Compute Complex Roots [PDF]
In this paper we modified Newton – Raphson and Secant methods to Complex form, then from that we get new iterative formula to them, named Newton (Secant) real iteration formula and Newton (Secant) imaginary iteration formula, real iteration used to find

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

The Convergence Ball and Error Analysis of the Relaxed Secant Method
A relaxed secant method is proposed. Radius estimate of the convergence ball of the relaxed secant method is attained for the nonlinear equation systems with Lipschitz continuous divided differences of first order.

Unobstructedness of filling secants and the Gruson-Peskine general projection theorem
We prove an unobstructedness result for deformations of subvarieties constrained by intersections with another, fixed subvariety. We deduce smoothness and expected-dimension results for multiple-point loci of generic projections, mainly from a point or a

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Modelling and solvability of a class steady-state metal-forming problems
For a class of steady-state metal-forming problems, with rigid-plastic, incompressible, strain-rate dependent material model and with unilateral contact and nonlocal Coulomb’s frictional boundary conditions, a variational inequality formulation ...

A NEW ROOT–FINDING ALGORITHM USING EXPONENTIAL SERIES
In this paper, we present a new root-finding algorithm to compute a non-zero real root of the transcendental equations using exponential series. Indeed, the new proposed algorithm is based on the exponential series and in which Secant method is special ...

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
