We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

On the dynamics of second-order Lagrangian systems
In this article we are concerned with improving the twist condition for second-order Lagrangian systems. We characterize a local Twist property and demonstrate how results on the existence of simple closed characteristics can be extended in the case ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Homoclinics for strongly indefinite almost periodic second order Hamiltonian systems
Under certain assumptions, we prove the existence of homoclinic solutions for almost periodic second order Hamiltonian systems in the strongly indefinite case.

Some results on design of second-order sliding mode controller for nonlinear systems
In this paper the problem of designing a second-order sliding mode controller for nonlinear systems with bounded uncertainties is addressed. The adding a power integrator technique is applied to develop a new second-order sliding mode control algorithm ...
