Dirichlet problem for second-order abstract differential equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2020
We study the well-posedness in the space of continuous functions of the Dirichlet boundary value problem for a homogeneous linear second-order differential equation u''+Au = 0, where A is a linear closed densely defined operator in a Banach space. We

Boundary value problems for second-order causal differential equations

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2022
This paper focuses on second-order differential equations involving causal operators with nonlinear two-point boundary conditions. By applying the monotone iterative technique in the presence of upper and lower solutions, with a new comparison theorem ...

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Second-Order L1 Schemes for Fractional Differential Equations

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
Difference schemes for the numerical solution of fractional differential equations rely on discretizations of the fractional derivative. In this paper, we obtain the second-order expansion formula for the L1 approximation of the Caputo fractional ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Adomian Decomposition Method to Solve the Second Order Ordinary Differential Equations with Constant Coefficient

open access: yes, 2023
: In this paper, we will display Adomian decomposition method for solving second-order ordinary differential equations with constant coefficient. The Adomian decomposition method(ADM) is a creative and effective method for exact solution. It is important

Strong oscillations for second order nonlinear functional differential equations

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1990
In this paper, we establish some strongly oscillation theorems for nonlinear second order functional differential equationx″(t)+p(t)f(x(t),x(g(t)))=0without assuming that g(t) is retarded or advanced.

Spatial and single‐nuclei transcriptomics reveals idiosyncratic and generic patterns in papillary and anaplastic thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

Solve the Second Order Ordinary Differential Equations by Adomian Decomposition Method

open access: yes, 2023
: The Adomian decomposition model (ADM) is described by Evans and Raslan (2005) as a semi-analytical model used to solve partial and ordinary non-linear differentials.

Homoclinic Solutions of Singular Nonautonomous Second-Order Differential Equations

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2009
This paper investigates the singular differential equation , having a singularity at . The existence of a strictly increasing solution (a homoclinic solution) satisfying , is proved provided that has two zeros and a linear behaviour near .
