Association of Life's Essential 8 Score With Incident Pancreatic Cancer: A Prospective Cohort Study in Shanghai, China

In this prospective cohort study of 60,556 cancer‐free adults with a median follow‐up of 7.44 years, a higher Life's Essential 8 (LE8) score, reflecting better cardiovascular health, was associated with a lower risk of pancreatic cancer (PC). Each 1‐SD increase in LE8 score was associated with an 18% lower PC risk.
