Features of local immunity of an oral cavity at children with rheumatic diseases [PDF]
It is revealed that level decrease slgA at children rheumatic diseases is risk factor of development of plural caries of teeth, and also developments of inflammatory diseases of periodont and an oral cavity mucous membrane. Insufficiency IgAs of a saliva

Development of simple detection method of polyreactive secretory immunoglobulin A in saliva
The level of secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) in saliva is associated with the risk of upper respiratory infection and has been identified as a condition indicator for athletes and an indicator of mucosal immune function in the elderly.

This study elucidates a novel mechanistic role of the deubiquitinase OTUD6A in asthma pathogenesis, uncovering its regulatory function in airway inflammation and airway remodeling through the stabilization of hResistin/mRELMα. This study offers a novel regulatory axis (OTUD6A‐hResistin/mRELMα) in asthma pathogenesis and OTUD6A inhibition as a potential

As a first-line vertebrate immune defense, the polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (pIgR) transports polymeric IgA and IgM across epithelia to mucosal secretions, where the cleaved ectodomain (secretory component; SC) becomes a component of secretory ...

Advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma metastasis is driven by a FOXC2+ tumor subpopulation. These cells execute vasculogenic mimicry for dissemination and secrete LAMA4. LAMA4 engages macrophage ITGA6, activating the STAT6/GATA3 axis to polarize macrophages into a pro‐metastatic, immunosuppressive phenotype.

This study demonstrates that the imbalance between osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation in senescent BMSCs, leading to excessive adipocyte accumulation, which subsequently impairs bone regeneration in aged mice. To address this pathological dysregulation, a novel energy‐supplying hydrogel system (PBR) has been developed to restore balanced ...

Summary: Differentiation into plasma cells (PCs) enables secretion of ∼10,000 immunoglobulin molecules per second. This extraordinary capacity requires the upregulation of PC transcriptional determinants that specify PC fate, increase immunoglobulin mRNA

Effect of N-acetylcysteine on mucosal immunity of respiratory tract [PDF]
The outcome of diseases accompanied or caused by mucostasis depends both on the restoration of drainage function of the airways and on the effectiveness of immune mechanisms against pathogens.

Engineering Immune Cell to Counteract Aging and Aging‐Associated Diseases
This review highlights a paradigm shift in which advanced immune cell therapies, initially developed for cancer, are now being harnessed to combat aging. By engineering immune cells to selectively clear senescent cells and remodel pro‐inflammatory tissue microenvironments, these strategies offer a novel and powerful approach to delay age‐related ...
