Advanced Functional Materials, Volume 35, Issue 12, March 18, 2025.The ultraselective H2S detection of the ZIF‐L/SnS2 heterostructure is demonstrated. The introduction of 2‐dimensional (2D) breathable ZIF‐L results in a substantial increase in H2S selectivity attributable to the molecular sieving effect, which impedes the permeation of gases with large kinetic diameters and high polarity.

Which Chromium–Sulfur Compounds Exist as 2D Material?
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.2D chromium sulfides synthesized using molecular beam epitaxy on graphene. Structural characterization reveals two novel 2D materials, Cr2S3‐2D, which lacks a direct bulk counterpart, and Cr223S${\rm Cr}_{2\frac{2}{3}}{\rm S}$4‐2D, a minimum thickness version of Cr5S6. Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.A single‐step, low‐temperature co‐pyrolysis process removes encapsulated seed metal NPs (10–50 nm) from CNTs, redistributing them as surface‐anchored metal and metal–nitride NCs (1–1.5 nm). Herein, Ni3N NCs achieve an ultra‐low onset overpotential for CO2 reduction to CO with >98% Faradaic efficiency across 100–700 mA cm−2.

Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
