Reconfigurable dynamic beam shaping in seeded frequency doubling
Optics Letters, 2001 A new method that allows simultaneous frequency doubling and dynamic shaping of a Gaussian beam into a variety of light patterns is introduced. The novel technique is based on the controllable generation of multiple-vortex patterns in seeded schemes. Applications include the generation of dynamic patterns of frequency-doubled, coherent optical tweezers.

International Journal of Intelligent Systems and Applications in Engineering, 2019 Tree-seed algorithm (TSA) is a nature-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithm. TSA is proposed for solving continuous optimization problems. In this work, TSA is modified with transfer functions for solving binary optimization problems. Continuous search space is mapped to binary search space with transfer functions.
