Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Supplemental light quality affects optimal seeding density of microgreens
Higher seeding densities can negatively affect the yield of microgreens. We quantified the effects of supplemental light quality and seeding density on the yield of microgreens. Seeds of red beet (Beta vulgaris L. ssp.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Effects of different seedstrings on the nursery of Pyropia yezoensis
Seedstring cultivation is a fundamental method for Pyropia yezoensis aquaculture, as it provides an artificial substrate for the attachment of P. yezoensis spores and growth of gametophytes. This method has been widely used in the P.

Density Separation of Imbibed and Primed Vegetable Seeds
Abstract The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between seed density and seed quality of vegetable seeds hydrated by imbibing or priming procedures. Species studied were: lettuce ( Lactuca sativa L.), tomato ( Lycopersicon ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Seeding rates and seasons of cultivation on growth performance of cultivars of common bean
Seeding rates and seasons of cultivation on growth performance of cultivars of common bean While there are others aspects associated, such as climate, soil and crop management, the growth habit of the cultivar is one of the main factors involved in ...
