Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Wildfires and the demand for post-fire seeding are increasing in the sagebrush ecosystem threatened by invasive annual grasses. Drill-seeding bunchgrasses after wildfire is a common strategy for limiting annual grasses.

Factors affecting the density of Brassica napus seeds
Brassica napus seed is composed of low density oil (0.92 g.cm(-3)) and higher density solids (1.3-1.45 g.cm(-3)). Seed buoyant density may potentially be used to determine seed oil content and to separate seeds with different oil contents, however, we have found that seeds with the lowest buoyant density had lower than expected oil contents.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Seeding Density Directly Influences Crambe Productivity
Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the development and production characteristics of crambe, under different planting densities and different spacing between rows. Theoretical Framework: For crops that are still little explored, such as crambe, sowing management in new regions lacks information that would enable rural producers to

IMPACT OF RAPE SEED DENSITY ON PRODUCTION PROFITABILITY
The aim of the study was to compare the profitability of winter oilseed rape with two sowing methods: (row sowing – seed density 60 seeds per 1 m2 and spot sowing – seed density 40 seeds per 1 m2). The yield of rape seed was varied and was at the point sowing – 4.43 t/ha and row sowing – 5.24 t/ha.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have
