Feature Selection with Adjustable Criteria [PDF]
, 2005 We present a study on a rough set based approach for feature selection. Instead of using significance or support, Parameterized Average Support Heuristic (PASH) considers the overall quality of the potential set of rules. It will produce a set of rules with balanced support distribution over all decision classes.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
