Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Non-random mating for selection with restricted rates of inbreeding and overlapping generations [PDF]
Minimum coancestry mating with a maximum of one offspring per mating pair (MC1) is compared with random mating schemes for populations with overlapping generations. Optimum contribution selection is used, whereby ΔF is restricted.

A note on convergence in measure and selection principles [PDF]
It is proved that some classes of sequences of measurable functions satisfy certain selection principles related to special modes of convergence (convergence in measure, almost everywhere convergence, almost uniform convergence, mean convergence ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.
