Emerging experimental and computational methods for studying redox‐regulated structural transitions
Redox reactions can reshape proteins and alter how they behave in cells, with important consequences for health and disease. This review explores emerging experimental and computational approaches for discovering these redox‐sensitive protein switches, revealing their structural effects, and predicting their behavior, opening new opportunities to ...

The Use of Psychological Skills and Strategies in Collegiate Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning coaches (SCCs) are in a unique position to coach psychological skills and strategies (PSS) alongside physical training to improve athlete performance (Moore et al., 2019; Radcliffe et al., 2013, 2016).

Encapsulins are protein nanocompartments that play an important role in iron storage. In the Myxococcus xanthus encapsulin system, two cargo proteins called EncB and EncC contribute to iron mineralization. Here, we show that EncB and EncC generate iron‐containing minerals with distinct chemical compositions, suggesting that the composition of stored ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

SECONDGRAM: Self-conditioned diffusion with gradient manipulation for longitudinal MRI imputation
While individual MRI snapshots provide valuable insights, the longitudinal progression in repeated MRIs often holds more significant diagnostic and prognostic value. However, a scarcity of longitudinal datasets, comprising paired initial and follow-up scans, hinders the application of machine learning for crucial sequential tasks.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Translating whole‐genome doubling into precision medicine in cancer
Whole‐genome doubling creates a WGD‐positive tumor state characterized by persistent chromosomal instability, karyotypic diversification, and cellular stress. These same biological pressures drive aggressive tumor evolution while exposing therapeutic vulnerabilities, providing a rationale for WGD‐informed precision medicine. Whole‐genome doubling (WGD)

A Novel Method of Adding Sucrose in Fixed Abrasive Pads for Self-Conditioning
A method of self-conditioning a fixed abrasive pad via the dissolution of sugar in bonds was proposed. Self-conditioning means that pads can be dressed by themselves during lapping processing. Self-conditioning experiments were conducted on a series of sucrose resin-based fixed abrasive pads for the lapping of monocrystalline silicon wafers.

This review summarizes the transcription factors, repressive chromatin‐modifying complexes, and epigenetic mechanisms that control fetal hemoglobin repression. Notably, many regulators of γ‐globin silencing also function in transcriptional and epigenetic networks that drive cancer, highlighting opportunities to translate advances in hemoglobinopathy ...
