Rapid RASER MRI

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, Volume 65, Issue 10, 2 March 2026.
Rapid RASER MRI allows for image acquisition without RF excitation. Instead, a population inversion on the nuclear spins is generated by SABRE hyperpolarization, which allows for self‐excitation through the RASER approach. When the desired transverse magnetization is built‐up, conventional EPI encoding is triggered to record the image.

Directional Loudspeaker Using a Parametric Array [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The theory for sound reproduction of parametric arrays is based on nonlinear acoustics. Due to the nonlinearity of the air, a finite amplitude ultrasound interacts with itself and generates audible secondary waves in the sound beam.

Reconfigurable Vertical Schottky Photodiodes Based on Ferroelectric 2D Semiconductors for Perceptual‐Precision, Context‐Aware Neuromorphic Vision

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 13, 3 March 2026.
Reconfigurable ferroelectric photodiodes based on α‐In2Se3 enable analog and polarity‐tunable photoresponsivity through gradual modulation of built‐in fields at dual Schottky junctions. Furthermore, based on the high‐density spatial integration capability, the system adaptively configures its spatial support to prioritize either suppressing ...

A Blind Source Extraction Method based on Self-learned Dictionary and Its Application in Fault Diagnosis of Bearing Multi-type Fault

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2022
When multiple bearings in a gearbox failure simultaneously, conventional blind source extraction (BSE) on the vibration signals of bearing multi-type faults would not be ideal due to the mutual coupling effect among each of the fault sources.
