Fast‐acting hydrogel seals bleeding wounds as the illustrated injectable, pH‐responsive network rapidly gels in situ to stop hemorrhage, adhere strongly to wet tissue, and release antibiotics in a controlled, pH‐dependent manner. The material withstands high pressures, shows excellent biocompatibility, and degrades safely, offering a versatile platform

Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.

Pedagogical intervention to enhance self-determined forms of L2 motivation: Applying self-determination theory in the Japanese University EFL context [PDF]
The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of pedagogical intervention on the L2 motivation of Japanese university students. It consequently examines the sensitivity of the new questionnaire developed by Agawa and Takeuchi (2016c)

Respiratory Organ‐on‐a‐Chip for Disease Modeling: From Architecture to Functional Integration
Respiratory organ‐on‐a‐chip (ROC) models capture key mechanical and cellular cues of the human respiratory system, enabling quantitative dissection of disease mechanisms. This review links ROC architectures to disease modeling, functional integration, and commercialization, and proposes a decision framework that aligns model complexity with mechanistic

3D Soft Hydrogels Induce Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells “Deep” Quiescence
Three‐dimensional soft hydrogels mimicking the bone marrow niche induce deep quiescence in human mesenchymal stem cells. Unlike 2D culture, 3D matrices halt proliferation, regulate cell‐cycle and quiescence markers, and downregulate mTORC1 signaling, preserving stem cell phenotype and therapeutic potential ex vivo.
